Without proper project management those who commission a project, those who manage it and those who work on it will have different ideas about how things should be organized and when the different aspects of the project will be completed. As project managers we will assist your organization and be responsible for creating a project plan, defining and managing the overall planning, set task priorities and dependencies, liaison with external partners and internal departments, resolving resource or priority conflicts or escalating them, identify essential communication lines in the project structure and report project progress, identify main risks and mitigation strategies.
